With less than 75 missionaries serving the spiritual needs of 11 million Greek citizens, some consider Greece to be the most needy mission field in Europe. This place of beauty and grandeur is also home to people experiencing poverty and desperation due to high unemployment and an ongoing financial crisis. TEAM is partnering with Hellenic Ministries in Greece, whose growing ministries range from taking care of the downcast and ministering to refugees, to distributing New Testaments, to sailing and water sports outreach activities. Please take a look at the various ministry opportunities listed below and consider joining the effort to share the gospel in Greece!
The scope of this project is to see all of rural Greece canvassed systematically with the Gospel – placing a New Testament in every home across Greece, reaching the thousands of cities, isolated towns and rural villages for Christ.
